How To Start A Clubhouse

I’ve read several of the comments and I’ve the same dilemma. I’ve gone to the clubhouse listing and don’t have a clubhouse in my area. I live in Maryland and since being near DC there would be many. Not so! I’m new at Neothink and I prefer getting acquainted with fellow people. As I see the formation of the clubhouses I would get a better picture of what to do and what to go by. Any thought would be appreciated!
